UK PRIZE DRAW Terms & Conditions

The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over who complete the questionnaire and whose name and details are shown on the first page or the 'Your Details' section of the survey. The information requested on the first page or 'Your Details' section must be provided with consent to use the same not having been withdrawn. No purchase is necessary. All entries received will be entered into the 2015 Free Prize Draw. The closing date for entries is 31st December 2015. The prize draw will be drawn within 4 weeks of that date. The prize is a cheque for £10,000 or £10,000 to spend at Asda or £10,000 of Thomas Cook vouchers or £10,000 of John Lewis vouchers or Home Makeover (worth £10,000) or Home entertainment package (worth £10,000) or £10,000 to spend at Sainsbury's or £10,000 to spend at Tesco or Home help worth £10,000 or £10,000 spending spree at Argos or £10,000 to spend on Apple products or £10,000 to spend at M&S. A cash alternative of the equivalent value will be offered as an alternative to any of the above prizes. The promoter has the right to change the prizes offered but the value will not be less than £10,000. Winners will be notified within 30 days of the draw and will be required to participate in all required publicity including a cheque presentation at the winner's home. If a winner does not acknowledge notification of their win within 28 days of being notified, the prize shall be forfeit and the prize will be re-drawn until an eligible winner is confirmed. A list of winner's is available on request by sending a S.A.E to the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Employees of All About Response and associated companies (and members of their families and immediate household) are ineligible. The decision of All About Response is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
